TERMS:

Most our correspondence is done through email.

EXCHANGES:

NO REFUNDS - Exchanges only and that must be done within 10 days from when shipment is received. Exchanges dependent on existing stock so occasionally there could be a restock delay. Return request must be made on psycleasylum.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and emailed return form when returned to us.

Domestic and International customers both are financially responsible for shipping item(s) back to Psycleasylum for the exchange as well as for shipping of exchanged item(s).

Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.

In some instances, PsycleAsylum reserves the right to institute a $4-8 restocking fee, per item, if needed. This applies mostly when said items must be refunded against the above stated Return Policy.

Any other questions please contact us. We generally work emails Monday through Saturday, Eastern time, 8:00am to 8:00pm. We close Sundays and most common holidays.

CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST:

In the future we may offer custom bike shirts. We cannot use trademark copyright work on designs. If you would like our artists to create a custom shirt for you please email your request for review. After your art is in our systems each additional ship will be priced similar or equal to PsycleAsylum prices.
